I have used this app for years with babies and also myself. There are many options to choose from to achieve that perfect sound for your sleeping needs. I love the Mountain River and so did my babies. I have received wonderful customer service from this app as well. Had a little glitch and they took excellent care of me in order to get me back to my sound sleep. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs white noise for sleep…especially with babies.

Get this app. I have used it for all 3 kids and it works like a charm. We only use one sound haha Mountain river Nothing has ever worked better - I tell all parents to get it - no matter the “season” or age their kid is in

I first started using this seven years ago to help my then newborn sleep through the night- the first time I used it she slept six hrs straight and improved every day from there! I used it for my second daughter and it worked like magic again. And then I realized I also love it and it helped me sleep quicker and sounder too! I love it especially when traveling and there are weird hotel noises etc. it’s an awesome app and good for babies for sure- but even adults can benefit from it! Never have written an app review before but this one has earned it!

Unfortunately since I have updated my iPad to OS 14 the application is not working anymore and as soon as I open it, it closes immediately. Is the developer planning to work on the issue since this was a paid version? Thanks

I’ve used this app for all 3 of my babies over the passed 6 years. The hairdryer sound NEVER FAILS. I’ve honestly never needed another sound than that. Worth paying for the full priced app so that you can use it on no time limits.

I originally downloaded this app to use for white noise for my first baby while on vacation... ended up continuing to use it for myself even when we got back. I listen to thunderstorm every night. It’s very soothing and just enough to drown out my husbands snoring!

Love this app. Variety of sounds to accommodate any child. There is also a night light feature you can use. My favorite part about it, no extra packing. My phone is always with me so I can have white noise play where ever and when ever my bab my is asleep.

Awesome app thats helped my 1.5yr old since birth sleep while in the stroller or traveling. I’ve even found it useful for myself while napping.

Started out with the free version and ended up upgrading when it REALLY helped our babies sleep. It’s so convenient when we aren’t around our white noise machine in the baby room or our baby falls asleep in another part of the house. I also like how the volume gradually increases when u initially turn it on, it’s not a sudden loud white noise to scare the baby. The paid version doesn’t turn off automatically after 30 mins so I didn’t have to worry about it turning off in the middle of baby’s nap. AWESOME app. I’ve had it for 3 yrs now.

I was recommended to this app by my sister who has 3 kids. We started playing the womb sound for my son as soon as he was born and he slept like a champ minus his feedings every few hours. We switched to the fan noise once he was a few months old and he is now 2 and sleeps with the app on for every nap and bed time. My husband liked hearing it on my sons monitor so now we have mountain river playing all night in our room too. Thank you for making such a great app with realistic sounds. They have been a life saver and a staple in our routines!

This is perfect for babies and exhausted parents. We set it on airplane mode and place next to the baby’s car seat, or bed. When I had my first baby we had YouTube white noise or pandora lullabies with these awful commercials midway through the nap, loud and jarring. We had to buy this app! It is great for travel too. Just remember to put your device on airplane mode!

We had a white noise machine at home ready for when my son came home from the hospital. It doesn’t even hold a candle to this app! The vacuum cleaner noise is what instantly calms him down when he is upset. This is what he falls asleep to in his bassinet at night. For all the new parents out there - buy this app! It is definitely worth it and can help your newborn sleep. You will come to love the sound of vacuum cleaner!

We bought this app when our first (now 2) was born and it is a LIFELINE. The different sounds work great and there is no “loop” that you can hear. We originally got the free version but then paid for the one that gives unlimited time and it’s the best money we’ve ever spent. We have this app on both our phones and our iPad. Great for traveling as you just take the familiar sounds with you. I’ve plopped my phone on the car seat canopy behind me in the car before, to help my second child fall asleep. Can’t rave enough!! It’s the best!

We bought this app almost 5 years ago when my daughter was born. She loved the hairdryer sound. We also used it again when my son was born a year ago. Thankfully, he loved the thunderstorm and not the hairdryer! 🤣 I still use it when I can’t fall asleep. Very good app, good sound quality, can leave on all night or for a short period of time.

This app has saved my life with my newborn!

We bout this app when we were still in the hospital with our first born, we needed some white noise to get through those sleepless first nights. We started with the womb based on a recommendation for newborns and now the whole family is hooked. Can’t sleep without it. I also use the ocean when I need to change it up. I LOVE the baby monitor feature! Went on a quick weekend getaway for Labor Day weekend to Cape Cod and didn’t have a baby monitor. I downloaded the app on my husbands phone and were were able to sit outside each night listening to the ocean and relax while our phones played the role of baby monitor. 🤗 The monitor feature does need to work out a few kinks (would ‘time-out’ if our phones went to sleep) but it was a quick fix when we wanted something in a pinch! Great app for the money.

My grandchildren love this app! Their favorite is the Shhhhhh........ It helps them to sleep in just minutes. I also use it when they simply need to be calmed or soothed, not just at nap time. I like the Shore sound best for myself. I used it free for a year, then invested in the app. Well worth it. 🌺

I'm hooked on the rain... yes I use this for ME- an adult without kids. This is the best free sleeper sound app I've ever downloaded. It goes all through the night, it doesn't shut off it I get a notification like an email coming through, and it continues even if I get a call at night. Most apps you have to pay extra to have the sound play all night. I like this one because it's simple.

Best investment so far for good night sleep

My baby and I have been using this app every night for sleep since he was born. We started with the womb sounds and now listen to the rain each night. I put my phone on airplane mode as to not drain the battery. Now when I start the app he begins to get sleepy. It's been such a life saver!

Baby loves the rain setting! Instantly goes to sleep within a couple of minutes of hearing it!

Thank you for fixing the problem with the Bluetooth! We had found a back up app that worked pretty well in the meantime, but this is the app that truly works every time. My husband and I love it and thank you tons for developing it!!!!!!

i love this app & have recommended it to several new moms. we use the shh to help fall asleep, the womb at night, & the vacuum to keep her calm when out in public or when she has a scream fit. the vacuum works almost every time & has been a miracle worker with my colicky girl! thank you!!

We sync our phone to Bluetooth and play sound sleeper all night - but with iOS 10 - the app won't let us sync this apps noise to Bluetooth.

I purchased this when my daughter was born. She is now three years old and we still use it. It even helps to get me to sleep. This has by far been one of the best app purchases I have ever made. I often recommend this app to new parents.

We love this app. We use it in the car, on vacation, in noisy places, if baby falls asleep somewhere random... So convenient and good choices. We tried other sound apps but this is the only one we're still using for baby #2!

Don't buy it. Not soothing. Generic. Can find better apps / and other free applications to offer you better quality (I never write reviews.) I want my money back.

Easy to use and baby loves it!

I have a 5 week old preemie who is not the easiest baby at all. He literally cried 90% of the time he's awake and it's impossible to put him to sleep without nursing! My sis in law told me about this app and it seems to be the only thing that can get him to sleep without me nursing. Also if he is fussy I turn on the hairdryer or vaccum sound and give him a pacifier and he's immediately calm.
